Platform: RH Linux 5.2
If you load the above URL in Comm 4.x under linux, the textarea has a horizontal
scrollbar so that you can scroll left and right to read the contents of the
textarea. However, using apprunner, the scrollbar disappears and funky
carraig-return-like glyphs are inserted into the text area to indicate where the
app has hard-wrapped a line. I would expect it to look the same as legacy
browsers.

Target Milestone: M10
Reassign to myself, marking M10 for native widgets since an XP text area will be
online by then.
