To reproduce: 1. Launch nglayout (window #1) 2. "File > New Window" (create window #2) 3. In window #2, go to http://www.mozilla.org/bugs/ 4. In window #2 on that page, click "Bugzilla" 5. Notice that the bugzilla page loads in window #1. Not sure if I've selected the right component ("viewer app")...
