Tested 6-28-08 Win32 build. Step of reproduce 1. Copy the above page to the local directory same as Apprunner.exe is located. (DETECTCH.EXE should be located in the same directory.) 2. Type euc-kr.html | DETECTCH kopsm 1024 The result charset is Windows-1252. It should be EUC-KR.

This page include UNDEFINED EUC-KR. The detector will detect those code point are undefined and therefore it is not EUC-KR. Please use REAL LIFE data to test against charset detection.
