Overview Description:
Many folks using the 1999070108 Win32 build are crashing when clicking the Back
Button.
Steps to Reproduce (per user commments):
1)Hit back button when viewing the mozillazine articla about Baratz changing the
Mozilla licensing model!
2)just going back to yahoo, and forward to home.netscape.com
3)I went to http://www.villamontalvo.org/anderson_bio.html (Not sure about the
last document, but that was the domain). The doc wasn't found, and the app just
crashed

In a build from 7/4/, I can't reproduce this in windows and linux. markig works
for me.
