Details
The window that appears when you start apprunner with the -installer variable is
srambled and also to start communicator you must press the start communicator
button twise. This problem has just appeared in the July 2'nd build

This is fixed (or at least not showing up) on win98 in the July 3'rd build, so
it can be marked as worsforme.
