When resizing the three pane display on the horizontal direction if you start to move in one direction and then stop moving in that direction the display tends to keep changing as if you continued shifting in that same direction at the previous rate which actually causes some pretty cool effects, but is probably not a desirable feature. I had this error in the 1999070608 build. It is not 100% reproducible but I easily reproduced it several times after about two or three tries each time.
Important: this only occurs when you resize and then stop moving the mouse but keep the mouse button depressed.
