Clicking on Reload button doesn't do anything. Perhaps related to this, switching Characterset in browser (apprunner) after a page is loaded doesn't reload the page either. As a result, non-Roman script content can't be displayed in this bld. Observed in 7/7 Win 32 M8 bld under Win NT 4.0 JA.
Please reset the severity to blocker. This prevents normal I18n browser testing.

Bom-Shik, if you change the charset menu before you go to a page, then it will work, so you can test... Or you may need to go to a different doc, and then to this one again to make that work.
