Click on the "Bookmarks For Joe User" button on the personal toolbar. Let go. Do it again and let go again. Keep doing this and notice how items keep getting added to the pane. The added items are an exact copy of the previous items. Maybe we are handling an unrelated ht event as if it were an add event...

Checked in a fix. The enter/leave events on the toolbar were calling the cascade call back.
